FAQ

About categories

How are categories different from series?
A category is a bucket - it groups related articles with no required order. A series is a numbered sequence where each part builds on the last. Use categories to browse, series to follow a path.
How many articles are in each category?
The distribution bar at the top shows the live split - percentages and counts are calculated from published articles, so they update automatically as new posts go out.
Can I suggest a new category?
Yes - if a topic you care about is missing, use the contact page. Categories are added when enough real material exists to fill them properly.
Not sure where to start?

The featured article on the blog home is a good first read

Or follow a series if you prefer an ordered path from part one to the end.
